If the surface finish is required to be lead free HASL, immersion gold, immersion silver, immersion tin, gold plating, or OSP, we will proceed as requested to meet RoHS standard. However, please note that in the manufacturing process, your boards may be affected by certain factors. If you have specific requirements in regard to RoHS compliant, ShingTech will special handle your order by sending them out for inspection. The inspection costs will be applied. Thank you.
